Speaker:

 Graeme Neate AM FAAL President of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal since 2017. Before that he was a Commissioner with the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, having been President of the National Native Title Tribunal from 1999 to 2013. In his (somewhat scarce) spare time he paints pictures – but not portraits.
