Biography
Benedict Sheehy, BTh, MA, JD, MA, LLM, PhD, is a Professor of Law, Canberra Law School. His work is focused on the relationship between corporate law and society. He is an experienced corporate-commercial lawyer and entrepreneur, as well as an internationally recognised scholar. Professor Sheehy has published over 100 scholarly papers, and been an academic in North America and at three universities in Australia, Newcastle, RMIT and Canberra.
