Biography
Andrew Mowbray is Professor of Law and Information Technology in the Law Faculty at the University of Technology Sydney and Co-Founder of the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII). He is Executive Director of the AustLII Foundation Limited which is a charitable public company that operates the AustLII service.
