Biography
Matthew is an academic who specialises in public law, particularly administrative law. He has authored and edited many books including Aronson, Groves and Weeks, Judicial Review of Administrative Action and Government Liability (7th ed, 2022) and Ng and Groves (eds), Automation in Governance: Theory, Problems and Practice (Hart Publishing 2025). Matthew is also a member of the Commonwealth Administrative Review Council and editor of the Australian Journal of Administrative Law.
